Remix Career was created by Steven Miyao, founder of Coaching Metta, who has spent years coaching leaders, founders, and high performers through pivotal career moments - executive transitions, burnout, reinvention, and the restlessness that comes from being successful at something that stopped fitting.
One pattern kept showing up in that work. The people who came to Steven didn't lack talent or options. They usually had too many options and no way to tell which ones were actually connected to who they are versus which ones just looked good from the outside.
