About Remix Career

Remix Career was created by Steven Miyao, founder of Coaching Metta, who has spent years coaching leaders, founders, and high performers through pivotal career moments - executive transitions, burnout, reinvention, and the restlessness that comes from being successful at something that stopped fitting.

One pattern kept showing up in that work. The people who came to Steven didn't lack talent or options. They usually had too many options and no way to tell which ones were actually connected to who they are versus which ones just looked good from the outside. The tools available to them - job boards, personality quizzes, networking advice - were built for a different problem. They needed something that could hold the full picture and give them a real direction based on it.
